The Blue Diamond-winning stable get a chance to go on with it courtesy of BRING IT BELLA, who cost $130,000 and raced on the pace for a comfortable Cranbourne jumpout win on February 17. Coolmore's Scat Daddy sire No Nay Never is still looking for his first Aussie-bred placegetter. He has two runners here including STOICAL, who looked good winning a Werribee trial by two lengths on February 18. His time was the fastest of 13 800m trials that day. CAUTAMENTE was 0.88 of a second slower but won her heat by four lengths. INTO GLORY RIDE is another jumpout winner. FAVELL started at a juicy price for a Godolphin debutant ($16) at Bendigo but might have won with better luck.

AMMOUDI BAY has been luckless (held up badly in straight) in two runs since a Geelong win over this trip in this grade. Oliver sticks with him and if he gets an overdue change of fortune in the big field he'll be hard to beat. SO HE RULES was $31 to $61 fresh but landed on speed and kept finding to run third. Runner-up Indernile then won. So He Rules is drawn to go forward again. HIGH EXCALEBRATION won as expected in a small field at Stony Creek. He's struggled past 1200m before but is probably more mature now. BEZAZZALLED was a close second at Benalla second up as a $19 chance. Suspect he might be over the odds again. Include first-uppers KILLAVALLY, ROCK THE DRUM and FRAZIL if you want to make sure of this quaddie leg.

HEART OF PUISSANCE was unplaced in a recent jumpout but you'd think he'd be solidly screwed down given he has a date with Catalyst, Alligator Blood and co in 17 days. A spring campaign of two wins and a Sandown Guineas third suggests his best is good enough for this. SAVVY LAD was in the market for the Group 2 Autumn Stakes on his Aussie debut 18 days ago. He failed but pulled up with a slow recovery rate. BACCHUS took his time breaking through but is on a roll now. Up a grade and back slightly in distance, he's worth thought regardless. NUDGE BAR is down a grade on a solid second-up run and the extra 100m is in his favour. BANGER the blowout.
