A big, wet weekend of racing lays ahead, where the Doomben 10000 has been moved to Eagle Farm to a supposed Soft Track with the rail in the 7m.
Highlights on the card include the G1 Doomben 10000, Group 3 Chairman’s Handicap & Rough Habit Plate, G2 Spirit of Boom Classic and the Listed Bright Shadow.
At Day 2 of the Scone carnival where the track is looking at being Heavy, the G3 Dark Jewel Classic headlines a card including LR Denise’s Joy Stakes, Luskin Star Stakes & Ortensia Stakes.
On a tricky card at Eagle Farm, we’re interested to see where the form lines of New Zealand Raiders including Tutukaka, Babylon Berlin & Pinarello line up, but both boys are Keen on the Snowden trained Mazu in the feature.
At Scone, Waller as usual holds the key to a few of the features, and rising wet track star Andermatt steps out again and looks very hard to beat on a day that’s traditionally good for the Godolphin team.
