Racing on the Moonee Valley track is expected to take place on a Good 3 surface and as always front runners are favoured.

Moonee Valley Race 1 - Sandy Prince - $2.90

Recent form is hard to fault for this fella as he gets all the favours once again to jump on pace and follow leaders into the home straight. 

The booking of Craig Williams is a plus and held second favourite Sealion well in his last start. Should be making it a hat trick for the Hayes team here.

Moonee Valley Race 4 - Degraves - $3.80

Last race start can be forgiven as he’s clearly got the talent to improve. The claim from Alana Kelly will help and mean he goes round with 51kgs.

Has received backing through the week and should be getting to the front early in the race and be hard to hold out. 

Back Degraves to win.

Moonee Valley Race 5 - Portland Sky - $2.80

It’s hard to ignore September Run given previous outings however his last prep was pretty poor and hard to take him on that form. 

That being said Portland Sky looks the one to beat here with every chance to jump on the bunny and be too hard to hold out.
