ONE STOP GUIDE TO FEBRUARY RACING

Top quality racing definitely returns with a bang in February where there are seven Group 1 titles up for grabs as well as over $6m in prize money available for entrants.

It doesn’t take long to get into quality horse racing with the first Saturday of the month delivering eight black type races with the feature being the C.F Orr Stakes over 1400m. 

Saturday 6th February - Key Race:

We make a quick hop across the Tasman a day later when Hobart plays host to its Hobart Cup race day with the feature running over 2400m.

The weekend of the 13th really signifies a ramp up in races as we see the sprint features of the Lightning and Light Fingers taking place in New South Wales and Victoria.
