The SAJC Spring Stakes is a Group 3 Australian horse race for horses aged 3 years old and upwards at weight for age.

It is contested over a distance of 1200m and is held annually at Morphettville Racecourse in Adelaide.

Prize money for the the Spring Stakes is worth $100,000.

The Spring Stakes is the first group race of the new racing season in Adelaide and being run at weight-for-age it typically attracts the best available local horses suited to the conditions of the race. Horses from interstate may also make the travel to Adelaide to take part in this race.

The race is run under the same conditions as the Group 3 RN irwin Stakes in March, but the Spring Stakes is an extra 100m in distance.

The 2010 Spring Stakes was won by Rebel Raider from Xaieta with Likable Will third.
