The SAJC Sires Produce Stakes is a South Australian Jockey Club Group 3 Australian horse race for two-year-olds run under set weight conditions.

It is contested over a distance of 1600 metres and is held annually each April at Morphettville Racecourse in Adelaide.

Prize money for the SAJC Sires Produce Stakes is worth $115,000.

The SAJC Sires Produce Stakes is the first group race held for two-year-olds over a distance longer than 1200m during the Adelaide autumn carnival and the Group 3 th Jansz Stakes (1200m) held two weeks previously is the typical lead up race to this event.

Inaugurated in 1945 with Norwich as the first winner, it was originally a Principal race which was run over eight furlongs. From 1960 until 1965 the SAJC Sires Produce Stakes decreased to seven furlongs but converted back to its original distance in 1966 before officially finding its 1600m structure in 1973.

In 1979 the SAJC Sires Produce Stakes became recognised as a Group 2 race, however after 13 runs was downgraded to Group 3 in 1992 and has remained as such since.

The 2010 SAJC Sires Produce Stakes was taken out by Stirling Grove from The Ruffian with Safe third.

The 2011 SAJC Sires Produce Stakes will be run on the 9th April, 2011.
