The Let's Elope Stakes is a Victoria Racing Club Group 2 Australian horse race for mares aged 4 years old and upwards and is raced under set weights and penalties condition.

It is contested over a distance of 1400 metres and is held annually at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne in September during the Spring Racing Carnival.

Many of the runners for this event will come via the Group Three Cockram Stakes (1200m) held three weeks earlier at Caulfield Racecourse and will afterwards proceed to the Group Three How Now Stakes (1200m) held in three weeks time.

In 1994 the race was re-named in honour of the former champion and Melbourne Cup winner Let's Elope. The race was afforded Group 2 status in 2009 after being a Group 3 race from 2005, and prior to that, a listed event.

The 2010 Let's Elope Stakes was won by No Evidence Needed from Response with Live In Sin third.
