When I purchase online, are my details secure?
Yes. All transactions via our website are all handled immediately. All bank transactions are with the National Australia Bank and all information which is sent by the client is encrypted. When you are using the online subscription form to enter your details, you will notice a yellow padlock at the bottom right corner of the screen, this means all information is secure and encrypted.

I don't have a credit card. What other payment methods do you accept?
If you don't have a credit card or wish to pay by other means, we certainly offer different methods of payment including B-Pay, direct payment to our account and payment by cheque. Contact us here to choose the most convenient payment method that suits.

When are race selections available?
With all services Pro Group Racing offer, except for Front Runners, all horse racing tips are available from 10am (est) race days. The later you receive this information the better. Reason being you must take into account all factors that can affect the outcome of a race, eg. scratchings, weather, jockey change etc. Our Front Runners service, selections are given out via SMS to your mobile phone. Most horse racing selections are given out just prior to the race. This can be an hour before the race or it can be 5 minutes before the race, it all just depends when the late information is received and then conveyed to you.

Do you offer a betting strategy with you selections?
Yes, when you become a member you will receive our unique betting strategy to use with our selections. A betting plan can be just as important as the winning selections themselves. You will find it very helpful and easy to understand.
How many race selections do I receive?
Our two premium services, Front Runners and Five Star Gold, you may receive anywhere from one selection and up to 5 five selections for that day. The average is 4 selections per day.

Our Pro Group Racing team has a wealth of knowledge about the racing industry and most factors associated with it along with years of experience to back it up. All queries, questions and help are dealt with immediately and replies are very prompt.

Can I join for less than 3 months?
No. Minimum membership is for 3 months. Pro Group Racing supplies winning information. We profit from racing over the long term. Last year, the year before, all showed a good healthy profit for all services. But that doesn't mean we don't lose. We might win this Saturday but lose on the next one. Long term is what counts. To truly beable to benefit from our expertise it is recommended you take out a membership for a period of at least 6 months.
What are the advantages of taking out a membership for 6 or 12 months?
Apart from being able to benefit from our long term selections and betting strategies, you also obtain dollar discounts from subscribing for 6 months rather than 3 months and even further dollar discounts by joining for a minimum of 12 months. On joining for 12 months you then receive your next 12 months subscription and any further subscriptions for half price. See our link to our Bonus Rewards on the left hand menu column.
